"Soaring Gadget" was the third track written for the album, and one of my favorites. I went all-out with a slew of unforgettable drum and vocal samples from Sonic 3. It was a trip to incorporate them into a brand new piece of music. This track is one of the most hard-hitting and exciting on the album, and builds up the energy, finding its climax in the C section.
